Esta política explica qué datos personales recogemos en brisalia.app, para qué los usamos y qué derechos tienes. Se aplica a esta web y a la lista de espera de la app Brisalia. Cumple con el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD, Reglamento UE 2016/679) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD).
This policy explains what personal data we collect on brisalia.app, what we use it for and what rights you have. It covers this website and the waitlist for the Brisalia app. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
En resumen: solo guardamos tu email, tu nombre si nos lo das y tus preferencias de la lista de espera. Las respuestas del test de 1 minuto no salen de tu navegador. No vendemos tus datos ni los usamos para publicidad de terceros. Puedes darte de baja escribiendo a hola@brisalia.app.
In short: we only keep your email, your name if you give it, and your waitlist preferences. Your answers to the 1-minute check never leave your browser. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. You can unsubscribe by writing to hola@brisalia.app.

2. Qué datos recogemos2. What data we collect
Cuando te apuntas a la lista de espera:
When you join the waitlist:
- Tu email (obligatorio) y tu nombre (opcional).
- Si quieres reservar el precio de lanzamiento (sí/no) y tu aceptación de esta política.
- El idioma en que viste la web, si hiciste el test de 1 minuto (solo sí/no, nunca tus respuestas) y la campaña o anuncio por el que llegaste (por ejemplo, «utm_source=instagram»), si existe.
- La fecha y hora del registro y datos técnicos básicos que nuestro proveedor de alojamiento registra automáticamente para proteger el servicio (como la dirección IP).
- Your email (required) and your name (optional).
- Whether you want to reserve the launch price (yes/no) and your acceptance of this policy.
- The language you viewed the site in, whether you took the 1-minute check (yes/no only, never your answers) and the campaign or ad that brought you (e.g. "utm_source=instagram"), if any.
- The date and time you signed up and basic technical data our hosting provider records automatically to protect the service (such as IP address).
El test de 1 minuto: tus respuestas se procesan solo en tu navegador para mostrarte el resumen. No se envían a ningún servidor y no las guardamos. No pedimos ni guardamos datos de salud en esta web.
The 1-minute check: your answers are processed only in your browser to show you the summary. They are not sent to any server and we don't store them. We don't ask for or store health data on this website.

4. Cuánto tiempo los guardamos4. How long we keep it
Guardamos tus datos de la lista de espera hasta 12 meses después del lanzamiento de la app, o hasta que retires tu consentimiento o pidas que los borremos, lo que ocurra antes. Después los eliminamos.
We keep your waitlist data until 12 months after the app launches, or until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Then we delete it.
5. Con quién los compartimos5. Who we share it with
No vendemos ni cedemos tus datos. Solo los tratan, en nuestro nombre y con contrato de encargo de tratamiento, estos proveedores:
We don't sell or hand over your data. Only these providers process it on our behalf, under a data processing agreement:
- Netlify, Inc. (EE.UU.): alojamiento de la web y recepción del formulario.
- Microsoft (a través de GoDaddy): correo electrónico hola@brisalia.app, para recibir avisos de registro y responderte.
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and form handling.
- Microsoft (via GoDaddy): the hola@brisalia.app mailbox, used to receive sign-up alerts and reply to you.
También podemos comunicar datos a autoridades cuando la ley nos obligue.
We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
6. Transferencias fuera de la UE6. Transfers outside the EU
Ctrl Zed LLC y Netlify están en Estados Unidos, por lo que tus datos se transfieren fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo. Estas transferencias se protegen con las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea. Puedes pedirnos una copia de estas garantías en hola@brisalia.app.
Ctrl Zed LLC and Netlify are in the United States, so your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. These transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for a copy of these safeguards at hola@brisalia.app.
7. Tus derechos7. Your rights
Puedes ejercer en cualquier momento tus derechos de acceso, rectificación, supresión, oposición, limitación del tratamiento y portabilidad, y retirar tu consentimiento sin que eso afecte a lo tratado antes. Escríbenos a hola@brisalia.app indicando qué derecho quieres ejercer. Te responderemos en un plazo máximo de un mes.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent without affecting processing carried out before. Write to hola@brisalia.app saying which right you want to exercise. We'll reply within one month.
Si crees que no hemos tratado bien tus datos, puedes presentar una reclamación ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Esta web no usa cookies de publicidad ni de analítica. Solo guarda en tu navegador el idioma que eliges (español o inglés) para recordarlo en tu próxima visita; es un ajuste que tú pides y no identifica a nadie. Si en el futuro añadimos otras herramientas, te pediremos permiso antes con un aviso y actualizaremos esta política.
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores the language you choose (Spanish or English) in your browser so it's remembered next time; it's a setting you ask for and identifies no one. If we add other tools in future, we'll ask your permission first with a notice and update this policy.

La web funciona siempre con conexión cifrada (HTTPS) y limitamos el acceso a tus datos a las personas que los necesitan para gestionar la lista.
The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we limit access to your data to the people who need it to run the list.
